The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Baptist Health, located in Miami, FL. • Mission: This role is responsible for the independent accounting support and financial management of a portfolio of 15-18 assigned real estate properties.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Compile, provide, and maintain comprehensive information for an assigned portfolio of 15-18 real estate properties.
• Transaction Oversight: Record and review all aspects of financial transactions related to the assigned properties.
• Lease Administration: Administer leases, assess annual rent increases, and manage miscellaneous charges for properties.
• Financial Operations: Perform CAM reconciliation, generate revenue forecasts, execute month-end closing processes, and manage accruals.
• Reporting & Analysis: Produce and analyze detailed financial reports for the given real estate portfolio.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of accounting experience, with the ability to work independently with minimum direct supervision.
• Skills: Proficient MS Office computer skills, excellent telephone communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of system-wide corporate structure, working knowledge of Real Estate and Property Management software systems, and a strong accounting background are preferred.
