• Pay: $16.63–$26.60 hourly
• Mission: To develop foundational leadership skills and contribute to the efficiency of various core departments within a healthcare setting.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Microsoft Publisher

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Build professional relationships by participating in department meetings and observing team role models.
• Knowledge: Acquire foundational knowledge of core processes and develop working knowledge of industry terminology.
• Rotations: Rotate through core departments such as Hospital Operations, Finance, Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Mission/Ministry.
• Projects: Engage in hands-on projects and shadowing opportunities within various departments.
• Networking: Network with senior leaders to understand key organizational decisions and observe organizational dynamics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level.
• Skills:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Good customer service, organizational, and general computer skills.
• For Finance/Accounting rotations, completion of Intermediate Accounting coursework.
• Bonus:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for Finance/Accounting roles.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Publisher for Marketing/Strategic Planning rotations.
• Academic, professional, collegiate (clubs, student government, etc.), or community (volunteer) experience.
• Prior experience in an organized activity requiring team participation and time management.
• Prior work experience in a professional environment.
