• Mission: Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of goods through the distribution center from receiving to shipping.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Receiving: Process incoming products by inspecting for quantity and part number accuracy and distributing them to designated storage areas.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders meticulously, following WMS instructions at workstations with attention to detail.
• Shipping: Prepare outgoing shipments precisely according to WMS directions and established shipping guidelines.
• Material Handling: Assist with unloading and loading trucks, and operate hand trucks and other equipment after training.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work area, always adhering to safety procedures and company policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or G.E.D. required, with a focus on performing general distribution center tasks.
• Experience: Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
