What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule Management: Manage email and calendar scheduling efficiently.
• Information Organization: Organize digital files and documents for easy access.
• Report Assistance: Assist with preparing reports and presentations.
• Professional Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professional phone etiquette, routing inquiries, and providing responsive communication.
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, updating spreadsheets, and supporting executive-level staff.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside core domain knowledge in administrative and executive administrative support.
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills for managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and supporting leadership; Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for interacting professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders; Solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, document organization, and basic record management; Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email tools, word processing, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn new digital systems; Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
