This Case Manager Assistant role is an excellent entry-level opportunity designed to support the Pre-Litigation team by providing essential administrative and organizational assistance, directly contributing to the efficient progression of cases and client satisfaction.

• Mission: Support the day-to-day management of cases by assisting with client communication, case organization, and administrative tasks throughout the pre-litigation process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Support: Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation support and file management.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation.
• Information Gathering: Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure required documents are received.
• Record Keeping: Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess core domain knowledge from 1-4 years of experience in a legal administrative role, such as a Litigation Assistant or Legal Assistant, and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn legal processes and follow established procedures.
• Experience: 1-4 years of experience as a Litigation Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a legal administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Personal injury experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally. Reliability, punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic with follow-through. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Bonus: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
