What You’ll Actually Do
• Receiving: Perform general distribution center tasks including receiving and inspecting incoming products for quantity and part number accuracy.
• Processing: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process incoming goods and distribute products to designated storage areas.
• Picking: Accurately pick customer orders and pack them with attention to detail, following WMS instructions at workstations.
• Shipping: Prepare shipments according to WMS directions and established shipping guidelines.
• Operations: Assist with unloading and loading trucks, operate hand trucks and other equipment, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or G.E.D. required, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience: No specific years required. Basic computer skills are necessary, along with a willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, basic computer skills, ability to work well in a team environment, strong work ethic and reliability, commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
• Bonus: Willingness to follow instructions and learn new processes.
