The Tone:

This role is crucial as it serves as a key liaison, ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through delivery by coordinating with internal departments, artist teams, vendors, manufacturers, and distribution partners.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Calendar Management: Manage the Production executive’s calendar, coordinating priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, secure spaces, and distribute materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project Tracking: Track departmental deadlines, production milestones, and key deliverables to maintain project schedules.
• Cross-functional Communication: Facilitate project execution through clear communication with cross-functional teams.
• Travel & Expense: Organize domestic and international travel, itineraries, and manage expense reports.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Foundational understanding of music and entertainment operations.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production or a similar administrative support role.
• Skills:
• Detail Orientation: Highly organized with strong follow-through to prioritize multiple projects.
• Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Software Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle and keep information confidential.
