What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Financial Models: Assist with updating, auditing, and maintaining corporate three-statement financial forecasting models and rolling short-term cash projections.
• Analyze Variances: Track monthly budget-versus-actual financial lines, identifying discrepancies and flagging specific division expenditure spikes to senior analysts.
• Synthesize Data: Gather operational data from various domestic and global business units to help compile comprehensive monthly corporate finance reporting packages.
• Document Bilingually: Translate, draft, and synthesize financial metrics and presentation materials to support clear executive communication between international corporate entities.
• Research Markets: Monitor macroeconomic indicators, industry benchmarks, and software-sector trends to support market expansion modeling and competitive analysis forecasts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent quantitative discipline; this is an entry-level opportunity.
• Experience: Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is strictly required to facilitate technical financial reporting and executive synchronization between global offices; exceptional spreadsheet modeling capabilities in Microsoft Excel, including proficiency with VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, and dynamic financial formulas.
• Skills: A solid foundational understanding of corporate financial statements, valuation methodologies (NPV/IRR), and standard accounting fundamentals; a structured approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for identifying data patterns, anomalies, and potential process efficiencies.
