What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Master’s degree.
• Experience: No prior technical experience is required, though an internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools, familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
