What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs.
• Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements for greater operational effectiveness.
• Documentation & Mapping: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Translation: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective and feasible solutions.
• Project & Quality Assurance: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting for timely delivery, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity for recent graduates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including those without prior technical experience, who are eager to excel as data-driven problem solvers.
• Experience: This is an entry-level position that does not require prior professional experience, though internships are a plus. Candidates must possess U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various process mapping tools; familiarity with widely used business analysis frameworks and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall; highly organized with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Prior internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting is preferred; familiarity with collaborative and analytical tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is advantageous; basic knowledge of SQL or fundamental database concepts would be a valuable asset.
