This is a contract role at Collabera, an organization seeking a Statistical Data Analyst to join their team as an entry-level associate. The position is essential for supporting operational excellence and facilitating informed decision-making within the organization. This role’s core focus involves collecting, analyzing, and managing critical quality data through statistical reporting, detailed trend analysis, rigorous data verification, and ongoing quality monitoring activities, contributing directly to the integrity and effectiveness of business processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain critical quality data to support robust reporting and informed business decision-making.
• Report Generation & Verification: Generate detailed trend monitoring reports for technical and quality stakeholders, and conduct thorough data verification to ensure report accuracy and integrity.
• Process Documentation & Improvement: Maintain precise logs and documentation for report tracking and quality metrics, while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives by offering feedback on reporting tools and collaborating with technical teams for functional enhancements.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Perform data entry and maintain all quality records with a consistently high level of accuracy, effectively managing workload to meet established deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires an Associate degree or at least one year of professional experience specifically working with statistics or data analysis, establishing a solid foundation for this entry-level role. Candidates should possess a basic knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and trend analysis methodologies.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in statistics or data analysis is required, alongside demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel for conducting statistical analysis and generating reports.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting, robust organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the crucial ability to adapt quickly and learn new systems and processes independently.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include experience troubleshooting Excel macros, familiarity with statistical analysis software such as JMP or Minitab, hands-on experience with Power BI, VBA, or other reporting automation tools, an understanding of control charts and process capability concepts, or prior experience working within quality management or regulated environments.
