The firm operates on a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday, with optional remote work permitted on Mondays and Fridays. This unique program offers a highly motivated recent college graduate an opportunity to gain hands-on legal and project management experience in a collaborative professional services environment. This position provides meaningful exposure to the legal process, contributing to high-impact client work, and is ideal for developing foundational legal and project management skills.

• Team: Part of the inaugural Charles T. Manatt Legal Project Analyst program, working closely with attorneys and business professionals.
• Mission: This person will support a wide range of matters, including litigation and corporate work, through document preparation, research, filings, and coordination of key case and transactional activities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI agents
What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordination: Coordinate logistics for client requests, team meetings, depositions, and closings.
• Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, corporate documents, entity formations, and contracts.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct statistical, factual, and legal research, then compile and analyze findings.
• File Management: Maintain case files, document databases, and data rooms for various legal matters.
• AI Integration: Create and maintain AI agents to support practice group projects and tasks.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college, entry-level, with a demonstrated interest in law.
• Experience: Willingness to commit to the role for approximately two years and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Proficient in creating AI agents and excited to integrate AI in a professional environment, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
