The TL;DR
• Role: Internship

• Pay: $23–$31 hourly
• Mission: To support pharmacy operations and provide member services in compliance with regulations, ensuring accurate dispensing and a positive shopping environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Compliance: Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and records in accordance with Company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Pharmacy Services: Provide pharmacy products and services to members by assisting with prescription processing, stocking supplies, and entering prescription information.
• Member Engagement: Deliver exceptional member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving concerns, and promoting products and services.
• Retail Transactions: Operate cash registers and related tools to accurately process member purchases using appropriate payment procedures.
• Operations & Merchandising: Receive, stock, organize, and maintain pharmacy merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper presentation and a safe environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy school, providing foundational knowledge in pharmacy practices.
• Experience: Foundational understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles acquired through academic enrollment.
• Skills: Confidentiality management, accurate prescription assistance, effective member service, cash register operation, and inventory organization.
• Bonus: Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification
