• Mission: Contribute to the success of large-scale food and beverage operations through hands-on learning and support in various functional areas.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Support: Assist frontline teams in daily operations across food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, and serving functions.
• Procedure Adherence: Learn and meticulously follow department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards, providing feedback as needed.
• Event Execution: Perform day-to-day assignments, special projects, and provide comprehensive support for event preparation, setup, and service.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with inventory management, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating necessary documentation.
• Career Training: Train in various career concentration areas such as culinary, facilities management, accounting, human resources, marketing, or general operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a college degree.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is required.
• Skills: Strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
