This position plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s attorneys, ensuring smooth administrative and litigation processes, and upholding the firm’s commitment to its core values and client service.

• Pay: $85000–$110000 yearly (plus OT and Bonus)
• Team: Supports 4-5 attorneys (partners and associates)
• Mission: Ensure seamless administrative and litigation support for labor and employment attorneys.
• Tech Stack: Westlaw, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, iManage

What You’ll Actually Do
• Attorney Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to 4-5 attorneys (both partners and associates).
• Document Management: Prepare, review, and file legal documents in both state and federal court systems.
• Case Coordination: Handle calendaring, matter tracking, and client communication to ensure case progression and meet deadlines.
• Legal Research: Conduct targeted legal research using Westlaw.
• Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, offering support to other legal professionals as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong foundational knowledge of commercial litigation and court systems.
• Experience: 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management systems such as iManage. Demonstrated skilled typing ability.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; extensive knowledge of court filing, related programs, tools, protocols, and deadlines; highly organized with keen attention to detail; ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
