The Tone:
This is a full-time role at a highly respected law firm, partnered with Trustpoint.One, located in Los Angeles or Santa Monica. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
• Location: Hybrid, Los Angeles or Santa Monica
• Pay: $85000 yearly
• Mission: This individual will ensure efficient support for attorneys across all phases of litigation, from document management to trial preparation.
• Tech Stack: Relativity, LiveNote, Case/TimeMap, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, InTapp

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation from inception to trial.
• Document Management: Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, including e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Case Organization: Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, and manage calendars for ongoing cases.
• Discovery Coordination: Support e-discovery efforts by collecting, reviewing, and producing electronically stored information.
• Trial Preparation: Organize exhibits, coordinate witnesses, and provide assistance to attorneys during trial.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, with required commercial litigation and trial experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts, excellent organizational skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Proficiency with tools such as Relativity, LiveNote, Case/TimeMap, Summation, Adobe Acrobat, and Trial Director.
