• Mission: This role is responsible for providing critical litigation support, managing case documentation, and facilitating pre-trial settlements within personal injury cases.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brief Writing: Write legal briefs in support of litigation efforts.
• Document Creation: Create essential legal documents, including affidavits.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research for comprehensive trial preparation.
• File Management: Organize and maintain case files and other important legal materials.
• Discovery Response: Order, review, and summarize medical records to prepare factual responses to discovery requests.

• Background: A professional with an experienced background as a personal injury paralegal.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in ordering, reviewing, and summarizing medical records for discovery. Proven ability to participate effectively in family settlement talks and mediation processes.
