What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Work: Assist and participate in the day-to-day assigned work of professional employees.
• Research: Participate in special research, studies, surveys, and investigations across various assignments.
• Data Analysis: Assist in the compilation, tabulation, and analysis of information and data.
• Report Preparation: Aid in the preparation of briefs, reports, evaluations, specifications, and plans.
• Meetings & Observations: Attend divisional and departmental staff meetings, preparing reports of observations and suggestions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for current undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates within one year, pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a program relevant to the specific internship. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 is required.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required, as the role emphasizes receiving supervised work experience through participation in actual duties.
• Skills: Ability to take direction and supervision, learn rapidly from on-the-job training, think logically and write clearly and concisely, compile data, perform arithmetical computations, analyze statistical data, and prepare reports.
