What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Grow professionally by engaging in challenging, sophisticated work with dedicated resources and training.
• Collaborate: Choose projects based on practice area interests and work with lawyers across the firm.
• Observe: Attend client meetings, depositions, corporate closings, trials, and appellate arguments.
• Draft: Prepare research memoranda and draft pleadings, briefs, and corporate transaction documents.
• Engage: Participate in special training, social events, a firmwide summer associate retreat, and the Pro Bono Mentor Program.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor. Entry-Level. Enrolled in an ABA accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date of 2028, and in good standing.
• Experience: Prior work experience, demonstrating outstanding academic credentials, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
