This role supports a busy, high-profile healthcare litigation practice group of 4 to 6 attorneys.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Manage discovery, document production, and e-discovery workflows for the practice group.
• Case Preparation: Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation activities.
• Document Drafting: Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and legal shells as needed.
• Court Filings: Coordinate all state and federal court e-filings according to established procedures.
• Case Management: Maintain master court calendars, track deadlines, and manage attorney schedules.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Comprehensive understanding of California state and federal court rules and filing processes within a strong litigation context.
• Experience: Professional experience demonstrating proficiency in legal document formatting, table generation, calendaring systems, and e-discovery tools.
• Skills: Legal document formatting, Table generation, Calendaring systems management, E-discovery tools proficiency, Excellent organizational skills.
