VP, Divisional Administrative Manager | LPL Financial

The Tone:
This is a full-time senior leadership role at LPL Financial, providing coverage across Central to West Coast time zones. LPL is a rapidly growing wealth management firm supporting financial advisors and institutions by providing investment solutions, fintech tools, and practice management services. This role is crucial for defining the vision and strategy for branch administrative support, directly impacting advisor satisfaction and business growth across the enterprise.

The TL;DR

• Pay: $142964–$238342 yearly
• Team: Field Management, overseeing regional leaders
• Mission: Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management to ensure LPL supports advisors in serving clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and Liquidity & Succession.
• People & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
• Program Ownership: Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
• Advisor & Client Advocacy: Serve as senior liaison between advisors and the enterprise, ensuring branch administrative strategy aligns with advisor needs and client expectations.
• Enterprise Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Human Capital, Technology, Service & Operations, and Advisor Growth Solutions to support recruiting, onboarding, and acquisitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Executive-level leader within financial services or wealth management.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent. FINRA Series 7/66 are required.
• Skills: Strategic leadership to define vision and drive enterprise strategy; talent development for leadership pipelines; operational excellence in designing scalable programs; strong advisor and client focus; and collaboration and influence for executive alignment.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Experience influencing enterprise-level strategy and a track record of designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies in complex organizations are advantageous. FINRA Series 24 is strongly preferred or must be obtainable.
