The Tone:
This is a full-time, on-site role at The Law Offices of Jibrael S. Hindi, located in Wilton Manors, FL. The firm is a plaintiff-side consumer protection and class action law firm focused on aggressively confronting corporate misconduct at scale. This role is crucial in supporting attorneys to ensure efficient case management and accurate, timely submissions in high-impact consumer litigation and mass arbitration matters.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Supports attorneys in plaintiff-side consumer protection and class action matters by conducting legal research and assisting with discovery.
• Document Preparation: Prepares and proofreads legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Case Management: Organizes case files, manages document review workflows, and compiles evidence and exhibits for high-volume litigation.
• Communication: Coordinates communications with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
• Deadline Management: Maintains case calendars, tracks deadlines, and supports mass arbitration filings to ensure timely submissions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong foundation in Law with an understanding of consumer protection, class action, and civil litigation concepts.
• Experience: Relevant experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in litigation, consumer protection, or class actions.
• Skills: Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation; Excellent Communication skills; Advanced Research abilities; Attention to detail in Document Review; Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
• Bonus: Paralegal certificate or degree in a related field preferred; commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork.
