The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Arias Sanguinetti | Trial Lawyers, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The firm is a trial and litigation practice focused on delivering comprehensive legal services and achieving justice, accountability, and results for clients across various litigation matters, including employment. This Paralegal position is essential for supporting the Employment Litigation team by working closely with attorneys on legal document preparation, research, drafting, and complex case file management, directly contributing to the firm’s client advocacy and recovery efforts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Legal Documentation: Assist with the preparation of legal documents for employment litigation matters.
• Document Review: Conduct thorough reviews of various legal documents relevant to cases.
• Legal Research: Perform comprehensive legal research to support attorney needs.
• Motion Drafting: Draft pleadings and motions for review and filing.
• Case Management: Manage complex case files, ensuring organization and accessibility.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation or employment paralegal, with extensive experience in legal document preparation, document review, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Skills: Strong legal research skills, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
