What You’ll Actually Do
• Legal Support: Provide comprehensive legal research, assist with document preparation, and manage general administrative tasks for attorneys globally.
• Corporate Governance: Draft corporate governance documents such as minute books, resolutions, and filings, while organizing related information for global entities.
• Business Enablement: Supply accurate corporate information to sales teams and other stakeholders to facilitate and support business growth.
• Document Review: Assist in the thorough preparation and review of various legal documents and correspondence.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects within the legal department and wider organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree or certification in paralegal studies, with a preference for corporate, business, or international law.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Demonstrated experience utilizing document management systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics, and ContractSafe.
• Skills: Proficiency in conducting online legal research; excellent writing and grammatical skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with AI tools; ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
