What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish, including opening and closing case files.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients throughout their treatment journey, providing exceptional client service.
• Evidence Gathering: Conduct liability investigations and identify defendants to obtain insurance coverage information.
• Documentation & Review: Gather and organize medical records, bills, and lien information, then review and understand these medical records.
• Settlement Preparation: Draft comprehensive settlement demand packages and negotiate medical bills and liens.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced Professional. Core domain knowledge in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Experience: 3–7 years of specific plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Skills: Reviewing and understanding medical records; Drafting settlement demand packages; Negotiating medical bills and liens; Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bonus: Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
