What You’ll Actually Do
• CFO Support: Provide comprehensive analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support directly to the CFO, aiding in strategic financial oversight for the entire business.
• Bid Process Management: Actively support and manage complex bid processes by performing essential data collection, in-depth analysis, and accurate reporting, while coordinating effectively with all involved internal departments for successful bid and pricing outcomes.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Independently produce detailed reports that clearly articulate key performance metrics, comprehensive financial results, and critical variance analysis to inform stakeholders.
• Performance Improvement: Proactively assist in identifying and evaluating opportunities for significant performance improvement across various functions and departments within the organization.
• Decision Modeling: Develop and refine sophisticated models that leverage financial and operational data, providing crucial insights to support sound decision-making processes for the business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a closely related field, establishing a foundational understanding of relevant principles.
• Experience: This is an entry-level position with a preference for candidates possessing 0 to 2 years of prior experience specifically as a Finance Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Skills: Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis, coupled with a thorough understanding of financial and accounting principles essential for interpreting business performance. Requires a strong critical thinking mindset to analyze, investigate, and resolve issues based on root cause analysis, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
