HR Specialist for Manufacturing – Temporary Position | Mondelez
The Tone:
This is a temporary position at Mondelēz International, located in our Clinceni Plant in Clinceni, județul Ilfov. Mondelēz is on a mission to lead the future of snacking, and this role contributes directly to making that happen by ensuring smooth local HR operations. The Specialist is crucial for executing HR activities, serving as the primary contact for employees, and partnering in the local implementation of various projects and initiatives. Your work will matter by directly impacting the employee experience and operational efficiency within the plant.

• Mission: Execute local operational HR activities, serving as the key point of contact for employees and a main partner for implementing international and local projects or initiatives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Services: Provide end-to-end local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the business unit and location, ensuring business intimacy.
• Support: Act as the key point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries, self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, policy interpretation, and processes requiring face-to-face interaction or hard copy documentation.
• Improvement: Focus on enhancing the employee experience and driving continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services.
• Project Support: Guarantee administrative and operational support for key and strategic international projects.
• Delivery: Oversee the delivery of specific services including ongoing onboarding, local learning activities, actions plans related to engagement, support in local events, and local query resolution (including facility-related tasks).
The Must-Haves
• Background: Degree in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or another relevant business area.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a People Team Department.
• Skills: Demonstrable excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels, good knowledge of local labor law, proficiency with digital tools, and fluency in Romanian and English.
• Bonus: An MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus, and international experience is valued.
