• Pay: $103400–$110000 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide expert guidance and subject matter expertise on policy support activities, including the interpretation of relevant statutes, regulations, and executive directives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives and stakeholders on policy-related matters, participating in routine status updates and working sessions.
• Oversee the development and approval of high-quality policy deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with program objectives and requirements.
• Lead and direct personnel supporting policy research, analysis, and development activities, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, and termination.
• Direct strategic planning for policy analysis, examine the current and potential impacts of policy implementation, and identify/coordinate mitigation for policy-related risks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study. Demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, strategic planning, or program operations.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including leading complex projects, evaluating policy issues, and developing data-driven recommendations.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
