What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Attorneys: Provide direct assistance to a minimum of four attorneys in litigation matters.
• Manage Calendars: Maintain and update calendars for attorney schedules and critical deadlines.
• Handle Documents: Oversee document management, including review, creation, and organization of legal materials.
• Compile Information: Gather and prepare necessary information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, and motions.
• Prepare for Trial: Assist comprehensively with deposition and trial preparation activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, with specific litigation experience in general liability.
• Experience: At least three (3) years of litigation work experience, with strong proficiency in Excel.
• Skills: Strong organizational, written & verbal communication skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities; ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours.
