What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate: Collaborate with industry experts to actively identify, assess, and manage various risks facing both JPMorganChase and its diverse client base.
• Innovate: Contribute your unique and diverse perspectives to help innovate the next generation of products and solutions designed to meet evolving client needs.
• Develop: Make meaningful professional contributions while developing specialized expertise and critical technical skills within a dynamic and engaging team environment.
• Mitigate: Help mitigate and manage various forms of risk, thereby building critical capabilities that enable the firm to effectively navigate any kind of market condition.
• Sharpen: Sharpen your foundational technical skills, alongside a practical understanding of key finance and accounting principles essential for financial risk management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. This is an Entry-Level program.
• Experience: Must have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as JPMorgan Chase does not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, technical skills, and a foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles.
