Enterprise Operating Model Manager, Energy | Accenture
The Tone:

• Mission: Lead the design and implementation of future-proof enterprise operating models to drive client reinvention and improved work experiences.
• Tech Stack: GenAI, data & analytics, digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue), robotic process automation, Agile methodologies
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Engage with senior clients to understand their biggest business challenges and identify actionable solutions.
• Model Design: Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that incorporate new skills and future ways of working.
• Transformation Architecture: Architect total enterprise transformations, guiding clients from strategy and design through activation and optimization, integrating across functions.
• Insights Leadership: Lead teams in generating insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
• Relationship Building: Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as an expert and influencer.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree; Manager-level professional with expertise in organization strategy and design, operating model strategy and design, or shared services strategy and design.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience; minimum of 3 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design, Client Relationship Building and Management, Value Architecture & Realization, Storytelling, or Data analysis & insights generation.
• Skills: Organization strategy and design, operating model development, client relationship management, value architecture, storytelling, data analysis and insights generation, strong communication, and people leadership.
• Bonus: Experience working in or consulting with the Energy industry; MBA or equivalent graduate degree; experience in Leadership Strategy, Job and Role Design, end-to-end enterprise transformation implementation, Strategic Cost Reduction, Growth Strategy, M&A, Private Equity, or Managed Service Providers; familiarity with digital organization design tools like OrgVue; prior experience in Digital Transformation including robotic process automation, generative AI, or Agile methodologies.
