The specialist will play a key part in maintaining organized workflows and supporting the timely completion of all legal and client-related tasks.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, and transactional materials to Firm standards.
• Attorney Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout transactional matters and litigation, including document preparation, electronic court filings, scheduling, and client communications.
• Administrative Management: Manage attorney calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and time entry.
• Client Onboarding & Billing: Coordinate new client onboarding processes, including conflicts, engagement, and billing setup, and manage ongoing client billing with internal departments.
• Workflow Collaboration: Serve as a resource on Firm policies and procedures, collaborating with attorneys, staff, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional with a high school diploma or equivalent, possessing core domain knowledge in legal support.
• Experience: Five or more years of related legal support experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment supporting multiple attorneys; practical experience with state and federal court filings, including Electronic Case Filing (ECF).
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), legal terminology, legal document formatting, and working knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, docketing, and calendaring processes.
