TAP Summer Associate (Summer 2027) | Morgan & Morgan, P.A.

The Tone:
This is a seasonal role at Morgan & Morgan, P.A., located in the United States. Morgan & Morgan is the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ law firm, a 6,000-person organization dedicated to consumer rights. This role matters because it fast-tracks and develops aspiring trial lawyers who will defend millions of Americans against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. • Pay: $1900–$2800 weekly
• Team: Within the firm’s trial advocacy practice, with direct mentorship from a Firm Partner.
• Mission: To train and develop the nation’s most talented aspiring trial lawyers to maximize their potential and prepare them for future trial advocacy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Be trained by renowned trial attorneys in a dynamic team environment.
• Mentor: Receive mentorship in best practices, effective client service, and trial preparation.
• Observe: Attend a civil jury trial during the 2L summer program.
• Participate: Gain access to office hours with premier national Trial Counsel, including Keith Mitnik.
• Engage: Secure the opportunity to participate in at least 2 civil jury trials within the first full year of practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor candidate, currently enrolled at a top law school with an anticipated graduation year of 2028.
• Experience: Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Skills: Commitment to providing the highest quality client service; ability to work independently; ability to work as part of a team.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in trial advocacy is preferred.
