Litigation Staff in Training (Entry Level) | Morgan & Morgan, P.A.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Shadowing: Shadow Litigation Paralegals to learn workflows and procedures.
• Information Gathering: Gather and analyze relevant information pertaining to injury claims.
• Case Investigation: Investigate the nature and facts of cases to build comprehensive records.
• Document Drafting: Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents for filing with the court.
• Settlement Preparation: Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level role requiring a high school diploma or GED, with a foundation in administrative or support functions.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or another support role.
• Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good presentation skills; Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a typing speed of no less than 35 wpm.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a law firm setting or a corporate legal department, and a great attitude.
