What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution: Collaborate with internal colleagues to provide clients with seamless transaction execution, which includes managing equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions processes, and other corporate advisory matters.
• Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive research and various financial analyses, essential for supporting the generation of new business opportunities and providing ongoing, dedicated support to current clients.
• Due Diligence Coordination: Actively manage and coordinate all industry and company-specific due diligence activities, critical for both new business generation efforts and the progression of live transactions.
• Transaction Structuring: Assist in structuring diverse transactions, providing creative and tailored solutions designed to meet specific client objectives, while carefully considering prevailing market conditions and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Client Relations: Proactively cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with both clients and service providers, consistently ensuring the delivery of exceptional service that adapts to the evolving needs of both the client and the firm.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level professional role, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: The position is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in investment banking.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to succinctly and effectively communicate complex financial concepts; Proficient in utilizing the MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with other relevant market analysis software; Strong analytical capabilities for performing detailed financial research and interpreting financial statements.
• Bonus: Possessing a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is preferred; Proven proficiency in building complex financial models, conducting thorough valuation analyses, and adeptly interpreting financial statements is also preferred.
