What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Model: Build financial models to value clients and industries, executing core valuation methods and synthesizing complex financial outcomes.
• Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of potential and live transactions, escalating identified deal issues.
• Present: Draft management presentations to highlight financial analysis and research results, and assist in developing proposals and marketing materials.
• Mentor: Provide training and mentorship to summer interns and less experienced Analysts, teaching best practices and leveraging learnings across deals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree required. Senior Analyst level within investment banking, specifically covering technology/software or equivalent private equity experience.
• Experience: At least 1 year of investment banking experience covering technology/software (or PE equivalent) is required. Previous experience as an Analyst strongly preferred.
• Skills: Extensive financial and valuation analysis, financial modeling proficiency, due diligence, strong written and verbal communication, thorough understanding of accounting and finance.
• Bonus: Proven track record in university studies. SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.
