What You’ll Actually Do
• Planning: Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning activities.
• Analysis: Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Process Improvement: Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Vena reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, for an entry-level to mid-level professional.
• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; analytical and detail-oriented approach; ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with ERP/project accounting systems; experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Vena, or other business intelligence/FP&A tools.
