Senior Director Product Marketing (m/f/d) – Cockpit – Munich | Qualcomm

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Qualcomm, located in Munich, Germany. Qualcomm focuses on advanced technologies, with this position specifically driving the automotive cockpit portfolio. The role is critical for leading regional product marketing execution, ensuring that Qualcomm’s solutions are effectively positioned and communicated to key European customers and partners. This person will translate complex technical offerings and market needs into practical messaging and sales enablement, directly influencing customer adoption and regional success.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Marketing: Lead hands-on product marketing activities for automotive cockpit platforms, software, and adjacent solutions in Europe.
• Develop Content: Develop and refine customer presentations, value propositions, competitive positioning, and launch content for European OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Support Engagements: Support key customer engagements, RFQ/RFI responses, roadmap discussions, and executive meetings by preparing content and aligning stakeholders.
• Collaborate Internally: Work directly with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to collect customer feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure consistent communication.
• Analyze Market: Track European market developments, customer platform plans, competitor activities, and software-defined vehicle trends to inform product positioning and account support.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Director level. Extensive experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing, or business development within semiconductor, automotive electronics, software, or high-technology markets.
• Experience: Proven ability to create customer-ready messaging, presentations, launch materials, competitive analysis, and sales enablement content for complex technical opportunities.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of the European automotive technology landscape including cockpit and infotainment architectures; practical problem-solving skills; ability to translate complex product topics into clear, usable messages and materials; effective collaboration in a global matrix; hands-on working style with ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel.
