• Team: Team-oriented Immigration Department with secretarial and clerical support.
• Mission: Ensure the smooth operation of the firm’s immigration services by providing quality, specialized document preparation and extensive client interaction, directly supporting attorneys in delivering exceptional client service.
• Tech Stack: Word, Outlook, INSZoom or other document management system.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide direct support to attorneys, ensuring exceptional client service in complex immigration matters.
• Application Preparation: Lead the preparation of specialized immigration applications, including H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications.
• Response Drafting: Draft and prepare comprehensive RFE (Request for Evidence) responses and PERM audit responses.
• Client Communication: Maintain extensive client contact, effectively managing communication throughout the immigration process.
• Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively and collaboratively within the cohesive, team-oriented Immigration Department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level Immigration Paralegal with extensive proficiency and strong knowledge in a variety of complex business immigration processes.
• Experience: Must possess 5+ years of experience in a business immigration environment. This includes strong experience in preparing H-1B, L-1, TN, and PERM applications, as well as crafting RFE responses and PERM audit responses.
• Skills: Demonstrates outstanding case management, prioritization, client service, and organizational skills. Possesses strong business writing skills and values meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and document management systems such as INSZoom.
• Bonus: Preference for candidates with prior experience in a large law firm environment.
