What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide administrative and legal assistance to attorneys to ensure efficient management of client matters and daily firm operations.
• Financial Management: Manage the full client billing cycle, including preparing invoices, processing billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Coordination: Coordinate attorney calendars, meetings, deadlines, court filings, travel, and various scheduling needs.
• Legal Documentation: Conduct legal research and assist with drafting, proofreading, and revising pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as responsibilities evolve.
• Case Support: Assist attorneys with case management, legal analysis, and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials while monitoring case deadlines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate preferred; core domain knowledge in a law firm or legal environment.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality while exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
• Bonus: Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents; experience with legal research tools and case management software.
