What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation: Manage cases within federal and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) practice.
• Filings: Execute Electronic Court Filings (ECF) accurately and promptly.
• Depositions: Prepare for and support attorney involvement in depositions.
• Trials: Assist extensively in the preparation and execution phases of trials.
• Discovery: Utilize various discovery platforms for effective data and document management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced professional supporting plaintiff’s mass tort and class action litigation, with specific knowledge of federal and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) practices.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in federal and MDL practice, including hands-on deposition and trial work.
• Skills: ECF filing proficiency, experience with discovery platforms, deposition support, trial preparation.
