What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare: Develop and deliver recurring financial and operational reports for management review.
• Analyze: Examine revenue, expenses, costs, and other key business performance metrics to identify trends and variances.
• Develop: Create and maintain financial models that aid in business planning and critical decision-making.
• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to build reporting tools, business models, and performance metrics.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Experience: 2 to 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting, including hands-on experience with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with revenue and expense analysis, developing dashboards or KPIs, data analysis/business intelligence tools, process improvement, financial systems implementation, project management, or quantitative analysis.
