The Practice Assistant helps coordinate legal support tasks, keeping legal teams operating at the highest level.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Preparation: Prepare, format, revise, and finalize various legal documents, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks including conflict checks, expense reports, attorney time entries, scheduling, and calendar maintenance.
• Workflow Coordination: Coordinate conference calls, conduct research, and facilitate document filing within the Firm’s systems.
• Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments, ensuring seamless support for legal teams.
• Information Management: Maintain accurate and accessible paper and electronic files in compliance with firm policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-career professional with a background in legal administrative support within a law firm setting.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated legal administrative support experience.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel; excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management; effective written and verbal communication.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint; experience providing support in litigation.
