What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee and process mass and class action cases.
• Administer: Perform legal calendaring and accurate filing in both state and federal courts.
• Assist: Help in drafting pleadings, propounding discovery, and preparing comprehensive discovery responses.
• Prepare: Coordinate and compile necessary materials for trials.
• Support: Handle incoming and outgoing client calls efficiently and professionally.

The Must-Haves
• Background: At least 3 years of litigation experience as a Legal Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in complex litigation.
• Experience: Demonstrated background in calendaring, legal filing, and assisting with drafting legal documents and trial preparation.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong familiarity with federal and state codes of civil procedure and litigation processes; excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize duties under pressure.
• Bonus: Plaintiff experience in personal injury cases is preferred.
