What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Solving: Work in teams to solve complex problems and help industries and organizations overcome their biggest challenges.
• Strategic Influence: Help influence decisions at the highest levels within client organizations.
• Frontline Improvement: Improve performance by working directly alongside client teams at the frontline to unleash their potential.
• Implementation: Work alongside clients, from the shop floor to the C-suite, to make agreed-upon recommendations happen.
• Results Delivery: Turn recommendations into results for clients, whether through process improvement, supply chain optimization, or back office transformation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree or MBA with a distinction average. Senior level, seeking to turn insights into business results.
• Experience: Up to 6 years of desirable commercial experience, including a few years in a commercial role after a postgraduate degree.
• Skills: Strong Excel proficiency and general mathematical ability.
• Bonus: Community, sporting, and volunteering experience.
