• Mission: To support litigation attorneys throughout the life of a case by managing personal injury litigation files and ensuring timely progress.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Case Management: Manage personal injury litigation files from filing through trial.
• Discovery: Draft, review, and respond to discovery demands and responses.
• Deadlines: Track litigation deadlines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Records Organization: Coordinate and organize medical records, billing records, and damages documentation.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing regular case updates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum 3 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal experience, specifically handling New York personal injury litigation matters.
• Experience: Proven experience drafting Discovery Demands, Discovery Responses, Bills of Particulars, and Medical Authorizations. Must have experience managing litigation deadlines independently and organizing/reviewing medical records.
• Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal), strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience using Litify, supporting trial attorneys, preparing deposition summaries, preparing trial notebooks, coordinating expert witnesses, and working in a high-volume Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
