This full-time, hybrid Corporate Paralegal position, based in Rosemead, CA, is a key role within the Corporate Legal team. It provides broad legal and administrative support across various critical functions, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and data privacy, directly contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and legal compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various contracts like NDAs, professional service, and supply agreements.
• Corporate Governance & Transactions: Maintain corporate records, entity documents, and compliance filings, while also assisting with corporate transactions such as international franchise arrangements and joint ventures.
• Legal Operations & Administration: Provide essential administrative support by coordinating signatures, conducting agreement searches, and assisting with the organization and data entry for legal technology solutions.
• Legal Research & Departmental Support: Conduct legal research on laws, ordinances, and statutes to support the Corporate Legal team and other departments on minor legal issues, including preparing major presentations.
• Specialized Project Assistance: Contribute to special projects as requested, focusing on areas such as data privacy, marketing, and corporate governance initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a Paralegal certification, and the ability to obtain a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Skills: Proficient in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, supporting corporate governance activities, understanding data privacy principles, and utilizing legal technology solutions.
