This role is crucial in supporting experienced attorneys to deliver practical, tailored legal solutions and ensure accessibility, professionalism, and responsive client service. Team members collaborate to provide high-quality legal support from initial consultation through resolution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Draft: Prepare, draft, and organize legal documents related to estate planning, probate, trust administration, business law, real estate, litigation, elder law, and bankruptcy matters.
• Research: Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys and case preparation.
• Review: Review documents and case files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and firm standards.
• Manage: Maintain client files and manage deadlines and schedules for various legal matters.
• Communicate: Regularly communicate with clients, courts, and third parties to obtain information, provide updates, and coordinate case-related activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A strong foundation in Law, with familiarity or interest in estate planning, probate, trust administration, business law, and bankruptcy.
• Experience: Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting.
• Skills: Proficiency in legal document preparation, excellent written and verbal communication, solid research capabilities, attention to detail in document review, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bonus: Relevant paralegal education or certification (e.g., Paralegal Studies or related field) and proficiency with legal practice software, document management systems, and standard office applications.
