This is a full-time role at Torentify, located remotely in the United States. Magnit is a global leader in Integrated Workforce Management, delivering innovative workforce solutions that help organizations optimize contingent labor, talent strategies, and workforce operations. This role is a key member of the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, providing essential support for variable compensation analysis, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The position directly contributes to delivering accurate financial insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Execute and validate monthly and quarterly variable compensation calculations and analysis, ensuring accuracy.
• Support vendor and non-labor expense budgeting and forecasting, including performing variance analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations, developing models within Anaplan and Power BI.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Three to five years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or accounting, with experience working with large financial datasets.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with variable compensation or sales commission analysis, Anaplan, Power BI, ERP systems, or supporting financial process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
