Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Georgia | TopDog Law
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at TopDog Law, located remotely in Georgia. TopDog Law is a nationally scaling, fully integrated, personal injury law firm focused on impact, excellence, and growth. This role is critical for maximizing case value, moving cases efficiently through the pre-litigation lifecycle, and protecting the firm’s brand through professionalism and preparation. The individual in this position will contribute significantly to faster resolutions, healthier cash flow, and the firm’s rapid, disciplined growth.

• Mission: This person is responsible for organizing, developing, and advocating for personal injury claims to ensure complete, accurate, and high-value case files prior to demand and resolution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review & Assess Claims: Assist attorneys in evaluating personal injury claims by organizing and summarizing records, documents, and evidence for early case evaluation and valuation.
• Develop Cases: Support the progression of claims from intake through resolution by gathering documentation, summarizing liability and damages, and ensuring complete, accurate case files before demand.
• Prepare Demands: Create and organize demand packages, including medical and billing summaries, liability documentation, and supporting evidence to maximize claim value and facilitate negotiations.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the pre-litigation phase, providing updates, explaining processes, and maintaining compassionate, consistent communication.
• Insurance & Case Management: Communicate with insurance carriers, track claim status, and maintain organized electronic case files and deadlines to meet all pre-litigation milestones efficiently.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-level support in Personal Injury pre-litigation matters.
• Experience: 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Georgia, including requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage a high-volume caseload, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, experience in high-volume or fast-growing law firms, familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures, experience with case management software, and comfort working in evolving systems and processes.
