This role is essential for supporting attorneys in complex litigation, ensuring meticulous case preparation, efficient document management, and seamless trial assistance across various legal matters.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Document Preparation: Assist attorneys by drafting pleadings, performing legal research, and reviewing documents for hearings and depositions.
• Case Organization: Review, gather, and meticulously organize client documents for production and discovery.
• Information Management: Research, organize, and summarize records, utilizing databases for effective data and document management.
• Trial Support: Prepare discovery requests and responses, and provide comprehensive support for trial preparations, including exhibit coordination and live assistance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or an undergraduate degree is required for this litigation support role.
• Experience: Proven experience in litigation support and case management is essential, specifically including drafting discovery, document production, and preparing for and assisting at trial.
• Skills: Demonstrated excellent analytical abilities, strong written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and robust organizational and technical skills are required.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is a plus, along with experience using litigation support software such as Summation Pro or Relativity.
